Swiss pine schnapps
Bauer Zirbenzauber - Swiss pine schnapps made from fresh Swiss pine cones, with a typical red color that is created by maceration.
Franz Bauer distillery: First-class schnapps and liqueurs such as this Swiss pine schnapps have been produced in Graz in Styria for more than 100 years.
Zirbenzauber Bauer is a special spirit special for true connoisseurs. An exceptional schnapps with the unmistakable taste of the Swiss stone pine, the cone of which is traditionally made. The fresh and slightly resinous bouquet makes the schnapps a very special alpine specialty.
How is a pine schnapps made? There is a brandy made from fruit brandy and pine cones. About four fresh pine cones are cut into thin slices to produce one liter of Swiss pine. This stone pine macerate is left in for about six weeks until the aroma and ingredients pass into the alcohol.
The so-called macerate is then distilled like any normal schnapps. The cone aromas are transferred as essential oils in the pine schnapps. The result is crystal-clear stone pine spirit that contains its unique stone pine aroma.

Every year from the end of June to around mid-July, the austrian farmers are out in the mountains to harvest the coveted Swiss pine cones from which the delicious Swiss pine liqueur and Swiss pine spirit schnapps are made. The pine cones are only collected after two summers because they need a certain degree of ripeness. The mountain farmers pick the cones by hand. This work is very dangerous and tedious because you have to climb every single tree.
The square bottle has the following size: height 30 cm, width 9 cm and depth 7 cm.
We also recommend buying other Swiss stone pine products - for example: Swiss stone pine liqueur, Swiss stone pine cosmetics, perfumes, shower gel, Swiss pine chocolate, schnapps, body oil - massage oil, sauna oil.
