A rare specialty made from small blue sloe berries, which are not suitable for direct consumption due to their bitterness.

From personal experience: A deliciously bitter taste, most reminiscent of sour cherry liqueur. But the flavor is even more unique. The color is wine-red. I highly recommend it, especially to sour cherry liqueur lovers.
