Air-dried and smoked roe deer sausages.
Three smaller sausages made from air-dried and smoked roe deer meat. The meat comes from the Tyrolean mountains and is completely free from flavor enhancers.
The dried and smoked venison sausages can be stored at room temperature up to 22 ° C.
From my own experience: The sausages have an excellent taste that surprised me with its strength and its pretty strong spicy finish. I wouldn't expect such quality from sausages without flavor enhancers. Thanks to their unique texture, the whole experience is even better. I highly recommend them!
