A full bath with our Spruce Needle Foaming Herbal Bath Oil is like wandering through a softwood forest. The essential oils it contains have a refreshing and relaxing effect, and make you feel directly connected with nature.
Spruce is said to be antibacterial and stimulating, as well as dissolving mucus, whilst also helping whip your immune system into shape.
The recommended bath temperature is between 36 and 38°c, and the bath should last around 15 minutes.
