Mozart Balls White Chocolate

A new variation of the traditional Mozartkugel from the company Victor Schmidt from Vienna. The classic content of marzipan and nougat cream is dipped in white chocolate.

The Mozart Balls in the new White Edition are chocolate pralines that are filled with marzipan (40%), nougat cream (33%) and coated with high-quality white chocolate.

From my own experience: The white version of the Mozart balls taste a little sweeter than the classic dark chocolate, otherwise the content is exactly what we are used to from traditional Mozart balls. And although they contain the same amount of sugar as the classic ones. It's probably because the dark chocolate simply has some ingredients that appear slightly bitter. I recommend it as an unusual surprise or simply for sweeter sweets lovers.
