How are Pombears made?
Kelly's POM BEARS are so-called pellet products and are made in a similar way to pasta. They are free of artificial colors or flavor enhancers and must regularly pass strict quality controls. The bear shape is created by forming a mixture of potato flour, salt and water into a solid dough and then cutting it out like baking cookies. The POM-BÄR shapes are then lightly roasted until crispy and made into the delicious POM-BÄR products.
