Potato Salad
Ready-made side dish straight from the glass - a high-quality potato salad from the traditional Austrian company Efko. Just open the glass and serve the contents on a plate with roasts, schnitzel, meatballs or fish. The potatoes come from Austria.

The Austrian potato salad does not contain any chemical preservatives, so the salad should be consumed shortly after opening. Until then, however, the glass can be stored at room temperature. The minimum shelf life is several months.
From personal experience: potatoes are thinly sliced, which increases their delicacy. The taste of potato salad is very faithful, I did not have any feelings of artificial canned food while eating it. A bag of 400 grams is enough for a decent dinner or two modest eaters.

The company Efko is based in Hinzenbach, Upper Austria. The beginnings of the Efko company go back to 1941 when local farmers established a joint venture. Today the company processes food, especially pickled vegetables, of first-class quality.
Ingredients: potatoes 65%, water, sugar, onions, alcoholic vinegar, rapeseed oil, salt, garlic powder, spice extract, thickener: xanthan gum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), yeast extract, color: riboflavin.
